Janineʼs approach is informed and inspired by her many years as a dancer, aerialist, yoga practitioner, and her life long dedication to learning. Janine received her formal Pilates training from Ellie Herman in 2000. In 2008, she was invited to become an Master Instructor for Balanced Body, and currently leads teacher trainings for Balanced Body Education. Additionally, Janine has completed two 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings and weaves the wisdom and philosophy of yoga into her teaching. Janine specializes in teaching private sessions and small group classes, and is especially passionate about using Pilates as a rehabilitative approach for injury recovery and prevention. When she’s not hard at work in the studio, Janine enjoys travel adventures near and far, standup paddle-boarding, and riding her vintage red bicycle around town.
