Join us at Lefkada Retreat Center, a Greek island oasis on the Ionian Sea. We’ll gather for 6 nights and 7 days of Pilates, Yoga and adventure.

Our hillside villas include 2 swimming pools, a unique glass walled yoga studio with expansive views of the sea, an outdoor deck and beach access. The retreat week will include a daily morning Pilates class as well as gentler afternoon practices. The afternoon practices will be offered on days when we’re not off adventuring – swimming in the ocean, hiking, or on an island excursion. The morning practice will be a Pilates based Mat class - dynamic, strength focused, and well balanced.

Our week together will invite both inner and outer strength through consistent practice that retreat allows for, as well as nurturing deeper connection both with ourselves and with our surroundings.

Whether you are traveling solo or with a friend/partner, trust that you will be well supported and cared for.

Fly into either Athens or Preveza airport and our private transport will take you straight to the villas.

We are thrilled to gather for our annual Spring Rejuvenation Retreat, at Whispertree, (formerly called Bell Valley Retreat Center) in Boonville CA.

Throughout the retreat there will be daily Pilates and Yoga classes, as well as morning meditations in the Yurt. Nourishing meals will be lovingly prepared by our wonderful chef, Carin McKay.
